Register within 30 days of purchase to secure the full 10-year limited warranty — unregistered packs are covered for one year. Registration links your serial number to you, so a claim years from now is a lookup, not an argument. Takes two minutes.

Warranty, claims & requests.

Every L-FLEX carries IMECAR's Ten-Year Limited Warranty, honored by IMECAR LLC — the manufacturer's own US entity, not a reseller — for the original purchaser. Years 0–5: free repair or replacement. Years 5–8 and 8–10: replacement at 50% / 75% of the then-current price. To open a claim, use the form with your serial number; the team responds from Miami with an RMA before anything ships. Read the full warranty (PDF) — every clause, no email wall.

  • Keep your proof of purchase; the warranty follows the original purchaser
